Rielle Hunter PICTURES: GQ Photos Called 'Repulsive'

Rielle Hunter, former presidential candidate John Edwards's mistress, gave an interview to GQ in which she posed for several racy photos, including pictures of her scantily-clad, wearing no pants surrounded by stuffed animals.

Hunter reacted angrily to the photos that appeared in the magazine spread, calling them "repulsive," according to Barbara Walters who reportedly spoke to Hunter on Monday.

Got to make hay while the sun shines. People are sooooooooo crooked, America is full of them.

I don’t believe Hunter. And her friend “Tony” needs to be indentified. Tony smacks as a go between. I am not believing she just happened to be in Edwards hotel, not believing her friend Tony just happened to be there, not believing Tony just happens to tell her to tell Edwards he was ‘hot’ AND not believing in a few hours Edwards spills the bean on his marriage – to a women who WAS a stranger, and I most certainly do not believe she just happened to call him ‘Johnny’ – only later to find out the name Johnny was a sore spot between Edwards and his wife. This smells like someone who was sent in, with inside knowledge with friction in the Edwards marriage. Ms. Party Girl Hunter is no innocent babe in the woods, taken by Edwards ‘electricity. And I don’t think she thought about Ms. Edwards or the Edwards children, what Hunter thought about was way-lying Edwards. ’ Whoever, Tony is, he needs to be outed.

Repulsive, I agree. Why the heck did you think you didn't need to wear pants? Hello? Don't you normally wear pants? I would think when the photographer showed up, you'd have pants on, unless you knew the pictures would be of you WITHOUT PANTS.

Hang on a minute -- didn't Hunter pose for those photos knowingly? Did she forget that she wasn't wearing pants when the photoshoot started? Did she not realize she was rolling around on her daughter's bed wearing only a man's shirt? I'm pretty sure I'd have noticed these things when the cameras started firing away.

What am I missing here? Is Rielle Hunter really this dumb?

The photos look good but the context within which they're done is bizarre. I think discretion is a thing of the past. Once upon a time, if you fell in love with a married man (not saying it's right but it does happen), you didn't go around flaunting it. You kicked yourself for getting involved in such a situation and you made sure to exercise some modicum of discretion. It was not something you celebrated nor is it something you were lauded for.

Now, it's like open season on the other woman - the other woman now being the wife. I guess it's in vogue to be the mistress.

The photos are great. I don't see what all the fuss is about. They manage to make her look very attractive - sexy but wholesome, like a mom should look.

I enjoy seeing this type of photo and I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm really sick and tired of the calvinists who think they have some sort of monopoly on decreeing what is moral.

The photos are beautiful.

They probably paid her well, too. Good for her. More money to raise her daughter.

The photos are far from porn, but "sexy but wholesome, like a mom should look?"
I'm pretty sure that if my mom was asked to do a photo shoot in a magazine, she would have her pants on in the pictures.
This woman's child is going to have to be in therapy for life because of her parents' skanky actions.

Why do we insist on watching this meaningless, fluffy nonsense when there are so many problems in the world... I bet you can't watch even 6 minutes of this film without crying. Seriously if you can watch this and not cry I'll send you 10.00 with paypal. It's really that good.
