Seton Hall did not last long in the NIT, but the Pirates went out with a bang. Early in last night's 87-69 defeat to Texas Tech, the Big East's top rebounder punched (rather than groped) an opponent in the groin. Sophomore forward Herb Pope inexplicably hit Texas Tech's Darko Cohadarevic in the genitals just more than five minutes into the game. Pope was promptly ejected and the Red Raiders took advantage, easily advancing past Seton Hall in the National Invitation Tournament. Scroll down to watch the punch.
