As a sock fetishist, I would prefer to see worn, dirty cotton gym socks bound over the model's hands, balled and taped into their mouths, and tied over their bruised, raccoon-like eyes.

I would say HOT

I actually think the accessories added whimsy and fun. It was very cute and I loved that there were some healthy looking girls -- I saw stomachs, thighs, and and arms!!! Praise flesh.

When you're that hot it really doesn't matter, but for women with tapered, slender ankles it makes more sense to show them as part of the overall leggy look.

If you're a man and you're looking at the socks, you need to get your head checked.

I like the socks, it's different and cute, but not with a dress.

Socks keep your feet from sweating and prevent blisters. No sweaty feet, no falling out of your shoes.

The bigger mystery perhaps is why they chose white socks.

Half the pictures don't show the model's feet.

This is a subject that has been bothering me for a very long time: Why is it supposedly a turn-on when models are made to look like children--like little girls. What is the industry promoting here? Are they saying men are more turned on by little girls? Or, are they saying men SHOULD BE turned on by little girls? What is so wrong about this is that we have enough pedophilia in our world today without the fashion industry promoting it with their sick images. Do men have such problems with grown women that they need to look to sexual fantasies involving vulnerable, innocent children?

Heroine chic was bad enough, now we have infant chic! Sickening.

I hadn't thought of it in that perspective. It's difficult to look at it that way if you're normal, but i think you are right, Patri. In future I shall only wear white socks in the privacy of my home, where I can have unfettered access to the delusion of eternal youth...
