Actress Glenn Close has cut the listing price of her Beresford apartment by 8% after only two months on the market.
Originally listed for $11.8 million, Close is now offering her two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for $10.8 million.
The Beresford has long been filled with celebrities, and current residents include Jerry Seinfeld and John McEnroe.
