George W. Bush Wipes Hand On Bill Clinton's Shirt After Shaking Hands With Haitians (VIDEO)

First Posted: 05/24/10 06:12 AM ET   Updated: 05/25/11 04:55 PM ET

During their first joint visit to Haiti this week, George W. Bush appears to have wiped his hand on Bill Clinton's shirt after shaking hands with a crowd of Haitians.

If that is what happened -- Breitbart.TV first raised the question after seeing the video below -- it builds on Barack Obama's story of Bush's compulsive need for hand sanitizer. But whatever Bush's reason, it looks pretty bad.

Watch Bush wipe his hand on Clinton on the video below.

Please this is just another media outlet trying to discredit President Bush. I was on detail during this time that is not what President Bush was doing. If you would have heard what Bill Clinton was saying off camera you would have cause for alarm. On this trip president Bush gave out food baskets, clothes and cell phone for people to call their loved ones. Clinton gave bottled water. Its OK to keep dragging President Bush's name through the mud but talk about Clinton or Obama and that's wrong. We have to quit this bickering and come together both parties are playing people today off one another. Put a third party person in office send a statement.

Just why in the world is Clinton even hanging out with a worthless sack of dog dung as GWB is beyond me.

George Bush also cleaned his mouth and hands after doing a black paint.

I understand why GW wanted to to wipe his hands, but to wipe it on Clinton speaks volumes about his character.

Why didn't he wipe his hands on his own pants? Why wipe his hand on another human?
12:25 PM on 04/09/2010
Because GW is a classless idiot!!!

So, has DUBYA come to his own defense? What does he have to say about it? Anyone?

I will NEVER have anything to do with ANYTHING that has GWB's name on it...EVER! I believe in Clinton's commitment to the people of Haiti and would gladly give my support to the foundation but not as long as Dubya has his name anywhere on it. The man is a hypocritical menace and his presence/affiliation sullies the good name of the foundation and its efforts. Trying to align himself with something good and decent and positive now will not make up for the person we know him to be.

The Haitian refugees can not measure up to Bush's self proclaimed 'base.' "The haves and the have mores."

George ought to do this, for the pride of America. After all, we still pay him a salary. Bill, too.

I'm no Bush fan. Don't get me started. But it looked to me like it was just a friendly shoulder pat between presidents that might have lingered a bit too long.

You simply MUST be kidding? He wiped his damn hands!

So the man is a bit germophobic - not unusual, particularly after a life in public office shaking a gazillion hands every day. But why in the world does he not carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer in his pocket, for pete sake! He's just gotten way too accustomed to having someone follow him around to blow his nose and wash his hands for him...what a useless, shallow human being.

Mr. Bush, you are being watched. Sadly, you are always being watched. You have failed to live up to the expectations of your former office. This is hardly your first infraction. It is doubtless not your last. I can scarcely understand my own surprise.

Still. Wonders never cease.

The Cheney gang hijacked this country for 8 years. It was clear to anyone who was watching that Bush was their shill. Bush is a classic example of an alcoholic who quits cold turkey without Program. He was in an alcoholic haze for all of his socially formative years. When he quit he was essentially stuck at age 14. He never got sober -- he just got dry. He never gained maturity. He had stopped learning. He's a dry drunk. I think he's fortunate that his only problem is an obsession with germs. Bush is a tragic excuse for a man, and he is to be pitied.

And we should not scapegoat Bush. The real tragedy is that many of us knew he was a pawn in the hands of Cheaney et.al. The media didn't tell it. The Democrats didn't do a G.. Damn thing. We all had to watch as they used him to line their own pockets ... at the expense of our international reputation, our diminished financial security, the destruction of the environment, and the decimation of the greatest middle class in the history of civilization. Because of them we have a dumbed down population that can't think. They follow their leaders like lemmings right to the edge of the cliff. And like Ballon Boy we have to rescue them. The real tragedy is that there's no way to make them pay for the enormous costs of their greed.

Fanned, good points, especially about the dry drunk, which is original. We all know Bush was in charge.

HA - So true. Way to point out the alcoholic/immaturity relationship.

I couldn't have said it better!

Ah don't worry about it. We need to stop obsessing about Bush. With the high debt and unemployment we shouldn't be locked in the past.
