North Metro Drug Task Force Allege Corruption In Federal Drug Probe

NORTHGLENN, Colo. - Two local police officers are filing a federal lawsuit, claiming high level supervisors in their departments are corrupt and further accuse their police chiefs of helping to cover it up.

It all stems from the largest marijuana bust in Colorado history. It was called "Operation Fortune Cookie."

In February of 2008, the North Metro Drug Task Force raided dozens of high-end homes in the Denver suburbs. They seized millions of dollars in drugs and cash.
