Most billboards are purely functional. Advertising something with a workmanlike attitude. But there are extremes. There are the awesome ones that show creativity and excite you about the product. And then there are these. The billboards you see and literally say, "WTF??!?!" Luckily, they're so over the top that you can't but help but laugh, too.
