Carla Bruni--the wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, former model, actress, singer and philanthropist--has earned another title: editor. WWD reports that Bruni served as the guest editor for this Saturday's Madame Figaro magazine.
The issue will feature sketches by Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier, and include articles about Bono, Farida Khelfa, Marine Delterme and Bruni's charity foundation. She will also be printing an interview in which she speaks torecent gossip surrounding her marriage:
"[Rumors] have always existed. But I despise those that stem from a blog and that are written by people calling themselves Mickey or Superman," she says in the issue. "I also despise so-called journalists who use blogs as a credible source of information."
