Deann McClung, Jesse James' Employee: He Touched Me With His Sex Organ

Jesse James settled a sexual harassment lawsuit for $700,000 in 2007, but that wasn't the first time his unwanted sexual advances got him in legal trouble.

Deann McClung, a former employee at Jesse's West Coast Choppers shop, filed a lawsuit against him in 2000 for wrongful termination, sexual battery and sexual harassment including groping and using his penis to touch her. Radaronline.com has the court documents:

McClung states, "James' conduct included, but is not limited to, the displaying of pornography in the workplace, making lewd glances towards Plaintiff and other women, sexual comments to and/or about Plaintiff and other women."

McClung states she was groped by James, "James touched and/or attempted to touch Plaintiff's intimate parts including her breasts. In addition, James touched/and or touch Plaintiff with his intimate part including his sexual organ."

This case was settled out of court during Jesse's first marriage to Karla James.

I do not want to talk about Jesse, I saw him on The Apprentice last year and he was under control for a significant amount of time but he just lost it in the end and I know he was a fire cracker!! I have high regards for his wife, she always exemplifies a dignified personality and I am sure she will handle the situation with grace. She needs time to position herself in order to accurately communicate with the media that is currently surrounding her. I am certain, she is a strong women and will deal with the situation in the manner that best suits her. I have not doubt, that she will handle the situation on her own terms!!

A lot of women her age are DESPERATE to find a husband.

No, this is a celebrity thing. Sandy likes bad boys and this one is way out there. If you watched any of the shows he was on, you knew he was into strippers and porn stars(he married one porn psycho after he made it big. His first wife Karla(?) had brains and was hot, she made his business what it is and he screwed that up. As for Sandra, there are millions of wealthy doctors, lawyers, business men, ect., but she chose this idiot. What does that say about her?
