After failing to pull over, several men fled the scene and led police on a chase. The three other men were immediately caught, while Ricky Flowers spotted a high, barbed-wire fence and decided to climb to "safety," aka the yard of a women's prison. For someone who had the audacity to run from police, you'd think he'd know a prison when he saw one.
