Colbert Uses His iPad To Slice Vegetables (VIDEO)

As he repeatedly reminded us last night, Stephen Colbert has an iPad. Excited about his new toy, he ran down all the amazing features, adding "and just like the iPhone, you can't make calls with it." But perhaps the best part of having an iPad: it makes a great salsa. We're sure Steve Jobs would be proud to see his pride and joy slicing and dicing with such speed.
