Jesse James LEAVES Rehab, Sandra Bullock Preps Divorce Papers: Reports

Radar reports that James checked back into rehab after a few days AWOL.

PREVIOUSLY:
A week after checking into an Arizona rehab facility, multiple reports say Jesse James has checked right back out. He was going to be there 45 days, according to outlets.

Radar reports that he left when estranged wife Sandra Bullock wouldn't take his phone call as part of group therapy on Sunday:

Jesse desperately wants to put the marriage back together and his lawyer recently described him as a "broken man." He went into rehab for sex addiction treatment
on his own, without Sandra requesting he get help.

But when she refused to take his call, he took off, a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Star Magazine has a similar story:

A source close to Sandra Bullock's disgraced husband, Jesse James, tells Star that the West Coast Chopper hunk has left rehab after only one week, and is laying low at a male friend's house.

The source claims Jesse quietly checked out of Arizona's Sierra Tucson Treatment Center within the last couple of days. His exit coincides with a moving van being spotted outside the Seal Beach, Calif., home he has shared with Sandra on April 2.

Radar is also reporting Monday that Bullock is prepping divorce papers and, according to the prenup, he gets none of her money if he cheated.

Sandra - plenty rich - but obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed .... Perhaps the problem is just being surrounded by too much Hollyweird, to the point of actually believing the bull .... and the self-serving hype ......

No doubt as soon as he realized the whole phony routine wasn't working, he saw no reason to continue with the farce. If Bullock takes him back after this, she deserves whatever she gets.

We really don't have any ideal how he was to her in his eyes he may have really loved her... Every one here is passing judgement on him as if you know him,i'm not saying what he did was ok .But who are we , there was only one person perfect...we are not here to judge but we continue to do it every single day..

I don't completely disagree with you, but James wasn't chained in the basement. If the marriage was that terrible, he could have left. Instead he chose to lie and cheat, and it looks like he started before they'd even opened all the wedding presents.

Gee, Sandra, not like Jesse James was marketing himself as a bad boy, was he? How could you have ever suspected he'd do bad things?

While I don't condone what James has done, he didn't exactly hide his proclivity for being a rotten human being. She was turned on by the bad boy thing and she reaps what she sows. No pity from me. They deserve each other.

I work in the film industry and all I can say is that most actresses are complete and utter train-wrecks. Whatever you imagine they are like in real life is a complete contrivance. If you think they are normal human beings, you've been suckered. Remember, their profession is acting.They do it both on and off screen. It's all part of the product they are selling.

I wondered if he had an anger problem if things don't go his way hmmmmmmmmm "I deserve whatever is coming to me" or something like that. Like him, talk is cheap. Ms. Bullock needs to make sure that as many people as is possible know about his temper, so that she can be at least as safe as she can be.

Scary thought. What if EVERYBODY is cheating (except you and me of course) and nobody's telling? As Daffy Duck once said, "It's not the crime or the thought, it's IF you get caught". Wise words from a cartoon duck. Tiger got caught. Jessie got caught. Sarah hasn't been caught yet. Neither has Tom Brokaw. Add Sandra to that list of you and me. She'd never cheat simply because she's Sandy.
