I'm surprised she's still on top. The modeling world is so fickle and always looking for fresh faces. GB has been around for awhile now.

Haute couture doesn't really get rid of their models. 2 seasons ago, Marc Jacobs gathered the past supermodels for his Louis Vuitton Campaign. Amber Valetta, Eva Herzigova, Iman, Christy Turlington, Karen Elson, Isabeli Fontana, etc...all of them are still fairly influential in high fashion and are friends with photographers and fashion designers. Maybe Gisele is the same. It certainly has perks to be the favourite of a photographer (like Steven Meisel, because Meisel is famous for putting his muses on many high fashion campaigns). 2 years ago Gisele had 7 high fashion campaigns...SEVEN. More than anyone in the modeling world, even beat out the new faces.

I've said before, Gisele's face is very marketable and isn't limited to haute couture only. Her face is not very pretty, but then Christy Turlington is not very pretty, either. They have an appeal and they can cross both commercial and high fashion markets.

It doesn't feel like Gisele because she has no life to her face, no smile, no oomph. Did you read the Vogue piece? She says it was hard for her to feel like Gisele the supermodel before this shoot.

hellooooh!! Gisele never had an expression before nor ooomph!! she's a hanger, I've never seen one emote any sign of life! Gisele is very, very bland in comparison to the many beauties to be found in Brazil or Africa! That she's considered a beauty does not say much of the fashion world...

So lettuce and water for six weeks do work! Why is this something to be proud of when her child needs her to have body fat for a while-priorities-I think she is so fake- 'it doesn't hurt to have a baby' You can be a skeleton 6 weeks after delivery and provide your child with irreplaceable nutrients" "I didn't steal another womans man while she was pregnant" I think she kinda sucks

lettuce is real food water is real food (in liquid form & you can't live without it) so yes you will lose weight...it's easy that way. However, Kellyslcw2000 is right...it aint healthy...

Gorgeous. She has amazing bone structure.

This was what I was talking about when I said in a post about Bar Rafaeli that Gisele takes better pictures. Her face is both commercial and haute couture. She can look really sophisticated and glamourous (Dior and Versace)...and look really sexy (as in Victoria's Secret).
