Greenhouse Gases: A Large Cause Is One We Don't Usually Look At

A new inventory of the Portland metropolitan area shows that the bulk of the region's greenhouse gases come from the production of stuff, not from cars and transportation.

Oregon Metro, which conducted the inventory, says that these numbers were more or less in line with the national average.

AGW is a myth. The OED defines myth as "a widely held misconception, a misrepresentation of the truth, [a] story, typically involving supernatural forces for something such as a natural phenomenon." And that supernatural force is CO2. For example, if all green plants and other photosynthetic organisms worldwide are exhaling CO2 at night, how does a relatively tiny percentage of man generated CO2 become such a monkeywrench to the global homeostasis? And in terms of the global timescale a less than 200 year snapshot of climate is really nothing. And this sliver of mostly incomplete data has been so strained & manipulated how can reasonable people expect to believe it unless it is delivered as a dogma by the High Priests of AGW Notice how skeptics (which really is always been part and parcle of the Scientific Method) are branded as heretics. Who are the real scientists? Only who the the High Priests bless? That of course rules out those geoscentists that work for the Petroleum Exploration industry. Yet ironically they are those most knowledgeable about geological time, who study the actual rock record examining the miroscopic flora & fauna that correlate to local and regional paleoenvironments and paleoclimates. So, if skeptics are hertical, and some groups of experts are tainted a priori no wonder "THE SCIENCE IS SETTLED"

You're missing the point. AGW fits the liberal narrative perfectly, and they think that all of the dummies out there cna be bullied into believing their myth.
