This weekend, Momofuku press chief Sue Chan invited me and gourmand-about-town/Vice hesh John Martin over for a first look at Ma Peche, the latest restaurant from David Chang. It's that one planted inside the Chambers Hotel in midtown Manhattan, and not in the East Village, as all the others are. Being big fans of Chang and Co's work already, we decided to give the restaurant, and chef Tien Ho, the review treatment to see how it compared to the others.
