A broke Jon Gosselin announced his plans to sue Kate for custody and spousal support on Tuesday, but that's hardly the worst thing he's done to his ex-wife, family or the general public. OUTSOURCING is killing this country from IT to telemarketing. I hope all you people know that IRS, banking, Forclosures, Telemarketing, IT, Customer Service is all outsourced! DID U PEOPLE KNOW THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON ANY OF ALL THE ABOVE? So personal info is stolen from the US and nothing could be done about it. I worked in the IT industry for 20 years and have watched these problems! Now I've been out of work for a year and there is nothing out there! I've even applied for work in India but unless I'm Indian, I can't get work there, whether it's U.S. work or not.

These problems have lead me to write a book THE STUPID GUY IN THE MIDWEST which can be found on facebook. With no money in this country and for all you men out there paying child support and unemployed, where is the money going to come from to pay? The courts dont care and instead, will make it that much more difficult if you don't pay by possibly making you a felon

Too funny- on several occassions in interviews, he's said something, referring like he's "in the entertainment business." -and now is further looking for a job in hollywood..CAN I JUST LAUGH! He is an average man, who just happened to have a wife who spewed out eight kids & got some temporary fame.The show ended,now both he & his ex-wife are fame hungry, gold diggers who refer to themselves as stars-or at least imply that they want to get into hollywood or think they deserve to be considered celebrities!!! Kate has lost her marbles completely & let her five minutes of fame go to her head. She's all fake-always parading around in those heels and over the top glamor attire. And Jon is a dead-beat dad and cheating husband. These two use to have such moral and value. Yes, Kate was very abusive to him, but no one stopped him from fighting back! They both lost who they are- let Hollywood take over their religion, values, family & marriage. Is it really that easy to become a low-life, as soon as you enter into some money, or fame? Sad. Whatever foundations they had before are gone...Jon thinks he's too important to go get a real job,.Kate is obsessed with fame. Like a complete diva. What are these people teaching their children ? That family is expendable, and values & morals are built on sand? Just in case you get rich, you can throw it all away?

I like your style! I think the same way. It seems "everyone" now a day is a "celebrity". I don't get it. And it's sad to see how Jon and Kate destroyed themselves over fame. Get over it move on you are not a celebrity. They had real jobs before they need to go back to regular life.

Anyone who ever watched that show for a minute knows that this woman is "Mommie Dearest" and "Wife Dearest". She was a real shrew. I always felt sorry for the guy, especially when she would "playfully" slap and hit him....and she did it often. Those who are slandering him and feeling sorry for her are new to her shenanigans. Her crocodile tears don't move me at all.

I'm surprised at how many people here are bashing Jon. If the roles were reversed and for several seasons a man talked to his wife the way Kate talked to Jon, everyone would be screaming at him for being an abuser, a monster. But since it was a WOMAN yelling at a MAN, he is expected to buck up & take it.
He did the right thing in leaving her. He did the absolutely wrong thing in letting his playboy image get the better of him by publicly dating the sleaziest women he could find. What he should have done is left Kate, moved to a small apartment in town & visited the kids every single day, instead of once a week. Even if he had to wait at the bus stop to say hello, let it be seen & known that he was trying. Eventually everyone would have seen what is happening now. Kate would still be out tanning, getting mani/pedis & 7-hour weekly hair visits. She would still be travelling cross-country for her own fame and ego & would still be leaving the kids behind with nannies & caregivers.
If Jon had been a responsible parent from the moment he left Kate I'm sure the courts would see her now & gladly hand the kids to him. Instead he ran to France with the cheapest of women & paraded around for months looking like an a$$.
Both are in this for money, not for kids.

I think the media has decided that both these parents are immoral. They are just people who thought earning money for their eight kids would be great since he was a the only bread winner when they had them all and they would forever be barley making it. Sure they have messed up a lot. But who's to say anyone is perfect. I think the media is loving the lets make him the bad guy. And now they are turning on her. About the divorce and custody. In California he probably would have gotten a split custody and she would have had to pay him alimony and child support since she makes more money than he does at the moment. I was surprised she got full custody it must have been an old judge who still thinks only a mother can raise children. It seemed a very old fashioned ruling. I am glad he is going back to correct that. If you had ever been in a custody battle the Lawyers always go after more than they are going to get. That is just how it works. He is not doing anything different than millions of other dad's and mom's have done in a custody battle. Get over it media.

If Kate wouldn't have gotten her Free makeovers, she wouldn't be where she is. Who would want her after looking like she did when she had the babies? She thought she became the beauty queen when she had the operations and boob job. She treated Jon like crap. I feel sorry for any man that marries her. She can't even get along with her dancing partner, he wanted to quite.

Both of the Gosselns parents have their faults, as we all do. But, Kate is at least trying to keep a roof over her children's heads and food in their mouths. This ex-hubby of hers, Jon has never been fond of working at anything ! That is why so readily says things such as:..... "I QUIT MY JOB TO STAY HOME AND TAKE CARE OF THE KIDS" .... and.... "I'LL WATCH THE KIDS, THAT IS, UNTIL A POSSIBLE JOB OFFER COMES ALONG" !

Now is wants full custody of their 8 kids saying "Kate's an absentee mom, (because she has to be away from the children in order to work and take care of them) ! Talking about a bum of a husband, this guy is at the top of the pile !

She made him quit his job so that she could go out and sell books. Until she got the "I'm a star" bug, she was happy being a stay at home mom, living out of his salary and exploiting the kids.
