When you are not all that intelligent and when your hate and lazy attitude are both so strong that you can think or do nothing, it begins to permeate your whole being. I think Boehner's hate has effected his "soul" (not) and now he has no way to pull out of it. Sad that these people are what they are. Worked themselves into a frenzy when Obama won and now are not allowed OUT of the sandbox. If there is  Read More...

So, Boehner insults Democrat staffers who work 80 hour weeks for little pay, but says nothing about the GOP staffers who are the fall guys to pay for Christian family value lesbian bondage club retreats.

Maybe what Boehner meant was that the staffers that blew the whistle on GOP misapprorpiation of funds are punks for outing the family values compassionate conservatives for what they are, monumental hypocrites. The biggest sin that a GOPer can commit is blowing the whistle on unethical or illegal activity because whistleblowers show a lack of loyalty and even worse, they show disobedience, I mean the staffers are either on the side of America by covering up gay bondage club outings, or they are on the side of the terrorists. Never has GOP patriotism been so titilating, pun intended.

OMG.... This is the funniest story I've read to date on the Republican meltdown. I find it hilarious the Republicans are speaking the words "less partisan". HA! AND, those staffers are NOT your personal slaves. They have lives and lunch hours which belong to them.

"Congressional staff should treat every American citizen with respect"........ WHEN the American Citizen want to ACT respectfully, then they will be treated with respect. NO ONE has to put up with being stalked, and verbally assaulted. No one.

Get your act together Republicans. GROW UP!!!

This is just another example of behavior that is crude, immature, ineffective, and emotionally unstable, unbecoming to a Congressman, the Minority Leader of the Senate. They have done nothing but bad mouth everyone except themselves for the past year even when every week there is scandal and disgrace on the part of their own; even when every protest of their followers is vile, slanderous, and disrespectful, and has nothing to do with what they purport to protest. They have mocked and demeaned everyone, from the unemployed to the homeless to those who are sick and unable to purchase healthcare. They have lost every shred of integrity, character, and respectability. This is who they really are and explains why, when they are in positions of authority and decision making, their outcomes are disastrous. They have displayed a group and individual personality that I want nowhere near the red phone or the budget or the Constitution ever again. Mentally unstable, devoid of character, disrespectful to the electoral process and to the people of this country. They tossed their long held identity of morals, religion, family values, and patriotism--all just another strategy--and devolved into anti American, radical, rightwingers who insult everyone and advocate violence.

He comes from the unstable part of Ohio along with the likes of Jean Schmidt. It's too bad that here is Ohio the unstable are allowed to form congressional districts that keep sending these people to Washinton.

Steney Hoyer thanked his punk staffers on the floor of the House. John Boehner, being the 6th grade bully he is, threw his breakfast burrito at them.

Attaching staffers is nothing more than a cheap shot. The way I see it is that the rethugs have nothing else going for them and its their death throws. They are eating away at themselves from within, the people watching this who are not brain washed by fake news and have some working grey matter will see this for what it is. And alot of the other tactics the rethugs are using now like, ambushing Al Gore on his way to lunch for an interview he clearly did not agree to.

Many of these little punk staffers dedicate their lives to serving their country in this way. They run professional offices and make the people they work for look good. Sometimes it's even appreciated. I'll never forget Vicki Kennedy having Teddy's hearse stop in front of the Capitol on the way to the cemetery so she could meet with the office staff who stayed in Washington, taking care of the Senator's business the week of his funeral. That's dedication and respect on both sides.

Of the ones who do their time and leave, many turn their valuable Capitol experience into more distinguished careers than those had by the Congresspersons they worked for.
