Disgraced former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik is showing his internet skills yet again.

First he caused a stir by posting pictures of himself document his incredible weight loss on Facebook.

Now Kerik, who will soon report to prison, has started his own blog.

There's not much so far, but he may have the longest "About Me" on the whole Blogspot site.
