George Lopez Shows That Repetition Is The Key To Monologue Endings (VIDEO)

This glorious compilation comes courtesy of Noah at BWE, so we must thank them for bringing this to our attention. Seems that George Lopez ends his monologue with the same formula every single night: Tell joke, spin toward the band, cue the music. Repeat forever.

I don't find this show or any of his jokes funny but for some reason this montage is hilarious. Man, I wish I could spin and point to a band right after I tell a bad joke.

To point out that late night comedy/variety shows such as Lopez, Letterman, Leno etc.. are somehow governed by some 'formulaic' methodology is a surprise to me!

I'm so glad the losers at bwe are out there to grind an ax against the only minority on late.
Gracias pendejos!

With Basic Cable you don't get George, Hannutty, Glenn Beak, Snuze Ormen and quite soon no access to Conad...

Well, I'm getting up in years, but my mind is sharp. However, I can't remember when George Lopez was funny.

And Carson ended every monologue with a fake golf drive. What's your point?

George Lopez use to be very funny in his early days. I have several of his routines in CD. Then his ego got bigger than his head and he became annoying, self-important and worst, not funny anymore. Bring it down a notch and get back to basic Jorge!

I have seen comedy that wasn't funny. I have seen comedy that wasn't very smart. But, I've never seen comedy that was so annoying.
