Blake Coleman, a forward for the USHL's Indiana Ice, battled with Green Bay Gamblers defenseman Matt Stewart during a playoff game on Sunday. While the scuffle initially looked just like a garden variety fight, it soon took a turn for the disgusting when Stewart's skate got stuck in the ice as he and Coleman fell to the ground, leading to an absolutely hideous leg injury. Puck Daddy posted the video and spoke with the team, which says Stewart left town to have surgery. Scroll down to watch.
