WWD reports that Kate Moss and photographer Mario Testino's collaboration--the aptly named Kate Moss by Mario Testino, published by Taschen--is to be released this summer. Only 1,500 signed copies of the 128-page tome will be released, and it will sell for 350 Euros, which at the current exchange rate is $472.
