Obama Komi Date Night: President And First Lady Eat Dinner At Dupont Circle Restaurant (PHOTOS)

President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle stepped out to DC's KOMI restaurant last night. KOMI, which "serves a set menu for $125, beginning with a series of mezzethakia, and progressing to more robust flavors, including pasta and a shared entree, followed by cheese and dessert," is called by Yelp users "harder to get into than heaven." Not so, if you're the first couple!

For the occasion, Michelle wore a black blazer, camisole and cropped pants, bangles and a pair of Jimmy Choos. She was also holding a bouquet of flowers (swoon!). The president opted for the unbuttoned look, donning a grayish suit just right for the weather.

The Associated Press notes, "The Obamas will see little of each other this weekend. The first lady is the commencement speaker Saturday at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The president on Sunday will deliver the commencement address at Hampton University in Hampton, Va." We're guessing this was an early Mother's Day gift.

Can you imagine being a waiter/waitress and having them seated in your section? I would be so very nervous. I'm afraid I'd spill on them or just go blank and forget the order. They really are a fabulous looking couple.

Pics like this are how I know -- as I said in a post awhile back about POTUS and his "mom" jeans -- that Mr. Obama is quite capable of getting extra fly. He takes it down a notch because can't you just imagine the backlash if he was super fashionable AND played b'ball and listened to Jay-Z? LOL But oh my would he make some dark denim and a sport coat look like a revelation. The man is fine.

I think being loved and in Love with your man makes any woman glow. Michelle get's to spend more time with her husband than before.

They would be apart a lot when he was a Senator. Lot's of time together with him and children makes most women happy.

Many good comments about our POTUS and FLOTUS who have set a good example for us all: contribute to and enjoy our communties. Not only do they provide good models as a married couiple and parents but as good citizens. Of course, I can hear the trolls not...we do not need models. Of course these folks are perfect in their bitter "trolliness" providing a model of what not to be.
Both the President and First Lady are healthy: handsome and beautiful without being pretenious. They truly represent our country...something that drives the trolls crazy.
