Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis House PRICE REDUCTION: Now Half-Price (PHOTOS)

PRICE IS WRIGHT? Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis House Reduced (PHOTOS)

Via Curbed LA, the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Ennis House, which hit the market last June for a staggering $15 million, is once again suffering a substantial price reduction. Back in February the Los Feliz landmark was slashed down to $10.495M, and now appears to be re-listed for even less at $7.495M. Built in 1924, the historic Ennis House is a must-see for architectural buffs. In addition to 6,000 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and panoramic views spanning the ocean to the city, the Ennis House is clearly imprinted with the FLW stamp, featuring "prairie-style leaded art glass, mitered windows, & the best remaining example of one of only four glass mosaic-tile fireplaces."
