Keith Hernandez Falls Asleep In Booth During Game (VIDEO)

Baseball can be a bit slow at times. It's not like a pitcher throws a perfect game every week. During the New York Mets' victory over the San Francisco Giants on Saturday, Mets broadcaster and former five-time All-Star (and Seinfeld star) Keith Hernandez was clearly a tad bit tired. He ended up taking a short nap as the game moved to extra innings, forcing someone else on the broadcast team to tap him until he woke up. Scroll down for the watch.

I'd sleep too if I had to do Mets games! Sorry, I couldn't resist! I'm a Yankees fan, but I do think Ike Davis is a stud. However, the Mets gotta trade Jose Reyes and ditch Jerry Manuel for someone with a pulse.

Okay it's embarrassing but Keith has earned his rest. You had to be a Mets fan in the late 70's and early 80's to really appreciate what he brought to the team. I could care less if he puts down his head for a few zzz's, now if he were my bus driver...
