Tom Cruise Oprah

popeater.com:

Part of the conversation drifted to Cruise's daughter with Katie Holmes, Suri, who, after being spotted with an $850 Ferragamo purse, seems to have become a fashion icon for celebrity children. "She likes to dress herself and wears whatever she wants to wear," Cruise told Oprah. "She wants to wear it, she wears it ... a girl wants to wear what she wants to wear. I'm not gonna tell her different. She's got great taste. She tells me what to wear."

"Every time we see her, she is wearing a different outfit," Oprah chimed in. She went on to ask about how Suri responds to paparazzi, who seem to hound her as much as mum and pop.

So what. He earned his money.

most of his future money will probably come from countries outside the u.s. - since america isnt falling for his kind of "acting" like it did in the past.

``Most of future money'' for all of America will come from countries outside the u.s - since america is not solvent any more. The Chinese will milk this situation for all its worth.

Hey! Did u know that Majbølle Mølle was officially opened in 1988 by Prince Henrik of Denmark after its restoration?

IMHO, that's more interesting that anything about Tom Cruise.

Why bother defending what is a simple personal choice? Cruise has the money to buy expensive clothing, so he can buy all the expensive clothing he wants as far as I am concerned. He can by 24 Lamborghinis for all I care and give one to his kid every hour of her 16th birthday. Whose business is it, any way?

I'd be happy with ONE Lamborghini, just in case he buys 25 by mistake and has a spare around...e-mail me, Tom, and I'll tell you where to deliver it...

Even if I had all the money in the world, I wouldn't buy a kid a $850 purse.

That's your feeling on the matter. You don't have the money so nobody really cares how you feel. Tom has the money and he can spend it as he chooses. I don't even know why he is defending it.

My post was almost a month ago, and you're on here bashing me for my comment. You make a point of replying to tell me nobody cares what I feel!

For your limited intellect, I will inform you this is a forum which means everyone gets to state their opinion, which I did. You, however, cared enough about how I feel to post to my comment. You're a waste of time and space.

She will never have a " normal " life as most think of it . No sense pretending she is just an ordinary kid.

I wish this man, his Stepford Barbie and his insufferable spawn would just disappear. Take his crazy religion with him. I have never understood the fame of Tom Cruise.

Suri might have expensive clothing, but she's only ever had 1 diaper. That is the Scientology way on children, as stated in ExScientologyKids.org

Here's my thing with Oprah. She has this campaign to not text while driving, which is very understandable and great! Though when truly was the last time she drove? Oprah has a god-complex which is fine, as do many on TV, but come out of the closet and admit you and Gayle (who look awfully similar) are lovers. You'd open up the door for many more of the LGBT community
08:49 AM on 05/16/2010
Lets be clear, homosexuality is part of the human condition and is found in every race group on earth. So it isn't anything new. Also, homosexuals don't control homosexuality. They don't have the right to tell anybody about anything concerning sexuality. Non of their da** business. The gay and lesbian collation is nothing but a political group playing the system for all its worth. The so-called gay agenda is nothing but a piece modern day social technology used as a weapon on the political scene to get what gay want based solely on votes.
I find it appalling that no one has picked up on this. I'm not giving anyone who's gay special stuff because they have a relationship with the same sex.
GTFOOH!!!!!!!!! Homosexuality is already built into the human condition. LOL! So why would we give you RIGHT. Rights for what?
Are you serious? I'm straight but if I choose to do gay I'm going to have new right because I slept with the same sex. That sh** makes me sick!!!
Raise your kids to be tolerant of others no matter how they live their life and stop trying to appease every mother****** minutia in the human condition

You are so sure Oprah is gay and you got your info from some cheap-shot book. I think Oprah has been open about most of her life, if she was gay she would have said so by now.

Wow, what a topic. Who really cares what this man and woman do with their child? I am not a believer in walking billboards, i.e. clothing with label names on the outside. If a product is of good quality and within my budget then I'd buy it because it is a good thing to buy, not because some celebrity wears it. Most of the stuff is probably given to them for product placement anyway, to entice little sheeple to go out and buy it. It is all just stuff, no more no less.

What do people suggest Tom and wife do with all their money? Die and leave it all to someone other than theiir own child? Parents work hard every day so their children can enjoy a better lifestyle then they had.

While enjoying her new spa and pool my young daughter declared, "I love this suburban life."

At 26 she landed a six figure job, the youngest in the state to do it, and bought her own
home. She knew what she wanted and worked for it. Now she reserves high end spas around the world for her parents to enjoy.

Suri will have lots of money all her life. I think she will develop an appreciation for what money can buy. Shame on me for the money I spend on my yorkie, but he loves me and I love him and my children don't need my cash. They saw me work hard to get advance degrees and they
did the same. Now they take care of me and treat me to the foods and wines I can not afford.

There is something to be said for exposing our children to the finer things in life.

Yes ... Yes ... Yes ...

It's no ones business but Suri's parents what she wears. Does anyone expect them to shop for her at the local Walmart? Hopefully, they will teach her not just fine taste but how to manage money as she matures. I've seen a fool and her money ... Money is gone, fool still around and all because her millionaire dad did not teach her to manage money.

I can not imagine this man not teaching his daughter how to manage her money, at the right time--I mean she is going to have so much of it!
