Diane Von Furstenberg Receives Andre Leon Talley Lifetime Achievement Award

Diane Von Furstenberg received the Andre Leon Talley Lifetime Achievement Award at the Savannah College of Art and Design on Saturday, WWD reports.

"For many years, I have started my days with a phone call from Diane. She loves me without hesitation...I am honored to present her with this award," Talley said.

Von Furstenberg remarked, "We've shared some very moving moments together and this is another one of those moments."

Talley was also honored by several SCAD alumni who designed 10 caftans for a runway show before honoring DVF. Talley said he was moved and quipped that he wanted all of the clothes in his room stat.
