Previous Greek government lied to borrow money to finance their programs. Now, the Germans and French find out the lent funds were their retirement accounts. To keep the Greeks afloat, more must be lent. Whirlpool effect!

Cost of living ratio for Greece compared to the rest of the EU is 1.25 to 1. (For example, a tube of toothpaste may cost 1.25 in Greece but only a 1 elsewehere in Europe.)

You obviously have some type of obsession with this country - and find plenty of time to indulge it.

Obviously you are not very productive if you spend so much time chasing stories and making your petty little comments and judgements about a whole country and race.

In 1996, the corporate tax rate in Greece was 45%, today it is 25%.

No wonder they have deficits.
It will be our turn next and then we'll see some tea bagger squeals when their SS and Medicare are cut.
