It's Brothers Bar and Grill, a La Crosse, Wisc.-based chain bar and restaurant scheduled to open in the next month at 1920 Market St. in Denver, has filed a complaint in U.S. District Court against My Brother's Inc., the corporation whose lone business is My Brother's Bar.
