Via Penny Parker's column in the Denver Post, former Nuggets general manager Kiki Vandeweghe and his wife Peggy are selling the historic Petrikin Estate mansion in Denver.
Billed by real estate agents as 'Denver's Crown Jewel,' the Petrikin estate was built in 1917 by sugar magnate William Lloyd Petrikin. The property occupies an entire city block near the Denver Botanical Gardens, and features a pool house and carriage house in addition to the stately primary residence.
The Petrikin Estate is listed for $6,999,750, down from its original price of $8,000,00.
