Construction has started on an $18.6 million parking project near Denver International Airport that's billed by its developer as "the world's greenest parking facility."
Propark America of Hartford, Conn., in partnership with Greenscape Capital Group Inc. of Vancouver, Canada, is building the 4,200-space facility featuring sustainable buildings as well as alternative power sources, as first reported in January in the Denver Business Journal. Construction is scheduled to be completed in December.
