It is the Astang Yoga , which enables the person to differenciate between BODY(suffering from cancer ) & REAL SELF( i.e. Purusha, which iremains unhurt by cancer ) . Knowledge of this is the base of relief from cancer. Great Effort ! OM.

For those interested in a serious form of "yoga" (a word that has unfortunately lost much of its true meaning in America, being little more than stretching excercises to many), there is a relatively new form of meditation called Transmission Meditation. It is a group activity, free, no organizational structure, no belief system required, and most importantly it is both a service to humanity as well as a powerful form of personal spiritual development. It only requires a desire to help the world and your time.

It combines Karma Yoga and Laya Yoga together. Laya Yoga has to do with spiritual energies involved. Karma Yoga is related to the service aspect. It is called "transmission" meditation because it involves the stepping down of transformative energies which stream into the planet but cannot be absorbed and used by humanity at the high frequency.

It's a way to help usher in the new era now beginning, so that humanity can progress quicker into an era of global peace, brotherhood and right relationship.
