PHOTOS: Reality TV Star Lists Seized Malibu Party House

Via Curbed LA, Chad Rogers of reality TV's real estate drama Million Dollar Listing has put this controversial, formerly bank-owned Malibu house on the market for $21.5 Million. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom beach property was seized by Wells Fargo bank from Bernie Madoff victims in May of 2009 for $12 Million, and made headlines when Wells Fargo executive Cheronda Guyton was caught spending weekends relaxing and throwing parties at the beachfront property. Located in the exclusive Malibu Colony, with glass walls, whitewater views, a spa, and stunning architecture, there's no denying that the 8,708 sq. foot house is the ultimate party pad.
