On AC360, Anderson Cooper talks with survivors of the Deepwater Horizon explosion for the first time since the disaster happened in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20th, leading to what is now the nation's worst environmental catastrophe.

One of the survivors, Daniel Barron, describes boarding the lifeboats as the worst part of the terrifying escape from the oil rig, "It's like you're almost waiting to die."
