It's funny because it's staged like slapstick comedy. Cute kitten, little hat. Big cat hisses. All you see is the cat's head. Then, out of nowhere, the paw enters the frame, smacks the kitten and the little hat goes flying. Animals in people-like situations are funny. But they arent human. These are cats. What do people expect? The mommy cat to talk to the kitten about it's fashion choices? This is how animals communicate.

Well, the kitten was adorable in the top hat, but I didn't enjoy the rest. At all.

I've raised cats for 35 years and I know what all the hissing and slapping was about, but still, it's awful to see such a tiny baby get thumped like that!
