A 22-year-old British woman was dragged a short distance by a car after a backseat passenger took hold of her Louis Vuitton purse and she didn't let go, the BBC reports.
Three men in a parked car yelled to the woman to come over, and one of them grabbed her handbag and the car began to speed away while the victim held on.
A police spokesperson said, "Thankfully the culprits were unsuccessful in their attempt to rob the victim, however she did receive minor injuries that required hospital treatment, and we are keen for any information that can help us identify those responsible."
