Barack Obama To Campaign For Harry Reid In Nevada

WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama will travel to Nevada next month to provide some campaign help to embattled Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid.

The Nevada lawmaker's office announced Tuesday that the president will make the trip.

The four-term Reid is in a tight race for re-election. He's facing Republican Sharron Angle, a tea party-backed candidate who won the party nomination last week.

Angle was in Washington on Tuesday meeting with Republican leaders.

He lost the Primary...so either way...The State Of Nevada is getting a new Governor....(THANK GOD!) But again...Nevada is going to be about voter turnout....and since Harry Reid's son is running for Governor, this can be a self inflicted wound if Democrats stay who (Which it's looking that way) in November.

...being that I live in Nevada, Barack Obama is the talk of the state and not in a good way. First he not once but twice criticized companies for trips and conventions to Las Vegas...in which Las Vegas and the State depends on tourism dollars....not good, as well as Barack Obama's leadership, or lack thereof, in issues that matter to the state like: Higher than National unemployment, TARP Money for banks while people's homes are being foreclosed while Bank CEO's enjoy HUGE Bonuses from those tarp banks...and most importantly his willingness to not take a stand on any issue that Democrats are willing and want to fight for...i.e. Health Care Reform with no public option. The only thing Harry Reid has going for him is that no one really knows Candidate Angle but as the mode continues to sour in this state....it really won’t matter. This is going to be all about voter turn out and I don't see a high Democrate turnout for people who wont fight for our issues.....

You misunderstood. I was asking why Obama was going to Nevada to campaign for Harry being as it did not help at all last time he did.
