If you didn't know better, you might think that all the energy necessary to get through the ups and downs of an average day could be found in a powder, a pill, or a suspiciously small can. If only! But here's the good news: getting -- and, more important, keeping -- your energy level high is a breeze. Just take a look at these expert tips and tricks:

Studies show that breakfast-eaters enjoy more energy and stay in a better mood throughout the day than their breakfast-skipping counterparts. But we're not talking just any breakfast. "Muffins, granola and croissants are energy zappers," Los Angeles-based dietitian Ashley Koff, RD, says. "They're high in sugar, sodium and less-healthy fats, providing carbs but rarely protein. So you get super high in the morning, and two hours later you're picking yourself up off the floor." Instead, aim for an energy-balancing mix of high-quality carbs, lean protein and healthy fats -- oatmeal with a serving of almonds, an egg white omelet with a slice of avocado and a side of berries, or even last night's leftovers.

We should care about the people that suffer from corruption and stavation better to care about our beautiful. If you have such a terrible experience as like in developing country as like in Somaly, in many countries in the world that you will never think about you new clothes and cosmetics any more.
We should share our happiness to the world, to save the world and our poor people.

I had the most energy in my life when I was following a carnivore diet and just eating one big meal at night. I was ripped to the core and healthy. I still somewhat follow a lifestyle like that. It's called intermittent fasting based on the premise that our ancestors hunted during the day and ate at night. The breakfast thing is a myth and high carbs make you sleepy because they produce serotonin in the gut which converts to melatonin. Most people feel hunger in the morning because the body produces a hormone called grehlin that regulates when we eat. That feeling is amplified by carb withdrawal which is mistaken by most as hunger. Diet is a very interesting topic that I implore everyone to research but these posts are usually just old rehashed ideas that just aren't useful or relevant anymore.

Human ancestors were largely vegetarians, not carnivores, throughout the majority of our history. Only recently in the evolutionary timeline did humans start eating meat as a means of survival during the ice age when most vegetation just wasn't available. I have been a vegetarian for almost 20 years and I've never felt or looked better. I am 34 now. Our DNA varies greatly and it's unique how a certain diet is great for one person but not the next. I agree with you that diet is a very interesting topic that people should explore to find what is best for them and their bodies.

Thanks for correcting the record. For some reason, people forget about the millions of years BEFORE we all found out about meat.
