I think the phone is OK but is should be sold only in MetroPCS or Cricket stores. Verizon won't allow this phone's data usage as Microsoft wants it to. And that is what's killing it. I understand the market MS was pushing this phone to but they chose the wrong carrier to do it. My two cents.

Not surprised, it doesn't even have a calendar. This is a phone for teenagers who just like social networking.

Single-purpose device is a hard-sell. With the iPhone 4 becoming more flexible, and the new Droid phones, it's difficult to see a place for the Kin.
