Five years after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, homeowners like Barnet Perkins are still trying to repair the damage. However, with other crises around the country and abroad taking the public spotlight, and the government funding, money is running short for the nonprofits trying to help New Orleans families rebuild.
