Seven New Campari Cocktails: The Iconic Apéritif Turns 150

Campari, the classic Italian bitter apéritif, is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year (see photos from their bizarre, pasty-filled celebration a few weeks ago, replete with James Franco singing, and so, so much more).

In celebration of the occasion, Campari collaborated with some of the most prominent mixologists in the U.S. to create a new generation of cocktails celebrating the iconic brand. Those mixologists are Tony Abou-Ganim, Livio Lauro, Jacques Bezuidenhout, Marco Dionysos, Francesco Lafranconi, and Lynnette Marrer.

So, while the Negroni and the Americano are still exquisite Campari classics -- especially in the sweltering summer -- here are seven new creations to try (plus the standard-bearer Negroni).
