Mel Gibson Old Mill Farm

It was recently reported that Mel Gibson's 75-acre Connecticut estate, Old Mill Farm, was finally sold to Cosette Property LLC for a cool $24 million.

The home had been on the market for three years.

Gibson bought the estate back in 1994 for $9.3 million while he was still married to now ex-wife Robyn.

I'm sure Gibson's neighbors are thrilled that he's gone. A while back he was involved in an altercation with the town over the location of a sheep shed he had built that was contaminating the water supply. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/1997-06-20/news/9706200020_1_shed-sheep-stream
