Jet Blue Tour De France Promotion: Bring Your Bike Onboard For Free!

Posted: Updated:

In honor of the Tour de France (that yearly bike race which Lance Armstrong wins a lot), Jet Blue is allowing passengers to bring their bikes on planes for free for the month of July, Jaunted reports.

Never mind that Jet Blue doesn't fly to France; the airline usually charges $50 for checked-in bikes on domestic flights (and $80 for international). Most airlines charge upwards of $200-$300, so Jet Blue's promotion is pretty sweet. Plus, the airline will show the competition on its seat back TVs.
