MSNBC's Kerry Sanders reports from the Gulf on the tragic psychological effects the oil spill is wreaking on local residents. With many witnessing their livelihoods completely devastated, mental health issues like anxiety and depression are spreading throughout the region, and are especially difficult to deal with for those who have been recovering from similar problems that manifested in the wake of hurricane Katrina.

Allen Kruse was a boat captain, hired by BP, who recently took his own life, unable to handle the crisis any longer. His daughter, Kelly, recounts her youngest memories of her father on his boat, and describes that final moment she saw him before he died.
