Leicester Bryce Stovell SUES LeBron James

TMZ has learned ... LeBron James and his mother Gloria James are being sued for millions by a man who claims he tried to prove he's the NBA star's biological father -- but LeBron and his mom tampered with the evidence in a diabolical cover-up.

The lawsuit is explosive -- in it, 55-year-old Leicester Bryce Stovell claims he met Gloria in a D.C. area bar in 1984 ... and had unprotected sex with her on the night they met.

According to information uncovered by TMZ has revealed LeBrons alleged father is a "Princeton graduate ... who earned a law degree from the University of Chicago ... and then became a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission".

So let me get this straight, this guy met LeBron's mother in '84, got her pregnant and stayed gone for all these years. Now he wants to sue LeBron because he was an absent father? He needs to crawl back under his rock.

How can this man clearly remember a one night stand when he apologized for his poor performance? I'm sure that has happened to him dozens of time.

He is coming forth right now so he can pay his back child support to LeBron's mother?

He surely can't expect a child he may have conceived during a one night stand when he was an adult and the female was only fifteen, to have any legal obligations to Him? It surely would have been nice had this man stepped up to the plate when the child was growing up, to ensure that he had sufficient food to eat, a place to call home, and someone to provide guidance and love to him.

Did Mr. Stovell do anything to support LeBron growing up? Pay child support? Send quality time with LeBron? Attend any important events in LeBron's life? No. Then you are not the father. There is biological, social, and legal definition of fatherhood. According to Mr Stovell, there is not biological proof that he is the father and there is no social and legal evidence either.

We need men to be fathers to children who aren't multi-millionaires.

I want to testify for Ms. James. I know this type of guy. No way a "striver/social climber" like this would claim to have a kid w/a 15 yr old from the "hood--he would've changed his phone# & run for the hills! For yrs, he likely had more resources than she & could've found his son if he so wished. On that TMZ video, he sounds like a pretentious fool. Was he on the Princeton b'ball team? Did he play w/former Atlanta Hawk Armond Hill? I know the Woodrow Wilson Sch. attracted some real loons; but this guy is in a class of his own. Don't believe the hype!
Ms. James should hire a good P.I. & go to work on this guy--play the game like an Ivy League shark &see how many "commercial opportunities" he'll look for then. He sounds like he's positively delusional & a scuzzy, silly braggart. His behavior is loathsome--even beneath the bar set by some of the lowlifes who have passed thru FitzWilliam Gate over the years.

Maybe yes, maybe no. But Lebron certainly didn't inherit this man's intellect, and the two could not look less alike.

Pretty disgusting that this guy suddenly decides he want's to be in his son's life. Sigh... so many men are pigs. Makes it hard for the good ones to get much respect from women, unfortunately.
