It seems like every last person or publication in the media has a Twitter feed these days, but how many of them are actually reaching people? Below, see the top 50 most followed media figures and outlets on Twitter. You might be surprised about who's on it (NPR's Scott Simon?) and who's not (where's Jon Stewart?)
