Mel Gibson Threatened To KILL Oksana, Brandished Gun

UPDATE: TMZ has learned that Oksana told Sheriff's deputies Mel Gibson threatened her with a handgun at his estate.

PREVIOUSLY: Mel Gibson has reportedly been taped telling his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, that he hopes she will be "raped by a pack of n***ers" and that she deserved his beatings, and now the tapes show he also threatened her life.

A source tells Radaronline.com that Mel told Oksana he would bury her in the rose garden of his Malibu mansion.

"When things in their relationship started going badly and he made the first threats against her, Oksana decided she needed to protect herself," the source said. "She made the recordings and on one of them, Mel is heard telling Oksana, 'I will bury you in the rose garden,' which she believed to be a clear reference to killing her."

The death threat is on the tape turned over to a Los Angeles judge in the custody battle over their baby daughter Lucia, according to Radar.

Mel is currently being investigated for domestic violence.

I listened to that tape and it scared me and he was talking to him, something is seriously wrong with this man. I am not excusing him for any of his behavior nor am I condoning anything he said but what was the woman thinking of when she hooked up with him. Everything that glitters is not gold. I bet Nicole Brown Simpson got talked to the same way this woman is being talked to, before OJ murdered her, she needs to head for the hills and stay out of sight.

if you think because he's a movie star he won't kill her think again. the tapes do not lie. and don't let him near that child until he's on some meds. otherwise, this is a situation where he can harm the child too. His decision making abilities are not working well right now and this is a situation that is ripe for murder and mayhem.

If Mel harmed this women he should go to jail.period.

My cousin was killed by her husband in front of her children when thier relationship was failing.

Often verbal abuse is the start of physical abuse. I doubt if Mel is stupid enough to commit murder but this woman was right to be afraid and contact authorities to protect herself.

If a loved one was in that same situaltion, you would want them to protect themsleves too.

Mel Gibson is getting Karma back for leaving his wife, having a child outside the marraige, being a racist and a bad drunk.
Trust me being dumped by his agency (please they knew what he was a long time ago- this is not new for them) He just met with a person who saw the money and fame and felt she could have it all and she did (a crazy, guilt wracked human being who is lost and dosent know how to get off the merry-go- round)
He needs to turn back to the God who he says he loves the most and beg him for forgiveness and put him back on the right path.
Mel go to AA and get some therapy you have more to atone for then we all know.

Isn't that weird? All I can think is that some of these people either are abused or are abusers themselves, if they think this is defensible. Normal people don't behave this way towards others, no matter what the "others" might have done themselves.

Whoever wrote this article is pretty dishonest. I listened to the recording and nowhere does he say he "hopes" she'll be raped. He said "IF " she gets raped it will be her own fault because she dresses so provocatively, like a hooker from Las Vegas.
Also the writer says that Mel Gibson tells her she deserved his "beatings", that's a complete lie . She allegedly says that he hit her and he allegedly says "You deserved it." The "hit" could have been a light slap for all we know, not " beatings ".
Also, he is now saying he hit her to stop her from harming the child who she was shaking at the time. She's going to be investigated for extortion...so maybe the truth will come out.
