Reading In Public: What Are People Reading? (PHOTOS)

First Posted: 07/12/10 08:28 AM ET   Updated: 05/25/11 06:00 PM ET

Sometimes the best ideas for the next book on your reading list can come from the person sitting next to you on the bus. The books that people choose to read in public are the ones that they really love--they're even willing to carry the extra weight and it's usually heaver than an eReader. So, as the latest installment of our Reading in Public series, we at HuffPost Books have been checking out what people are reading on the subways of New York City, and we've also collected some observations from Twitter and Facebook.

What have you seen people reading in public? Add your own observations to our list by clicking the "Add a Slide" button below -- we'd like to know what you've seen and where you've seen it!

Add your reading in public observations to the slideshow with a photo and a location.
