Old Spice Guy Makes Hilarious Personalized Videos For Fans

Unless you've been avoiding both TV and the Internet for the last few months, you've undoubtedly seen Old Spice's hilariously viral commercials featuring the debonair Mr. Isaiah Mustafa. This week, Isaiah proves he's more than just a great-smelling guy (on a horse) with fantastic abs by responding to YouTube comments, Tweets, Yahoo! Answers and blog posts about him and his brand new Old Spice commercial. He responds to everyone from Ellen Degeneres and some internet newspaper to anonymous Internet dwellers with complicated user names. Out of the numerous responses he's made, we chose the one's we found the funniest. These short segments are just as great as his commercials (minus some production value) so check them out and vote for your favorite!

I've used Old Spice aftershave for years and have put up with comments like "You small like my grandfathe­r" !! Well, I don't care. I love the smell of Old Spice. My only regret was when they stopped making their Soap on a Rope. For awhile they only made it available around Christmas time but then they stopped making it altogether­. I wish they had a soap that smelled like Old Spice. I suppose I could use body wash but I prefer to use a regular bar of soap (unscented so it doesnt compete with the after shave). But I was curious- how many people who use Old Spice aftershave have been told they smell like someone's grandfathe­r? At least they don't smell like my grandma- she smelled of moth balls.

I use the original scented old spice deoderant sometimes. I have actually gotten compliment­s on the smell from women. Ten years ago the same girls never liked the smell of the stuff.

Maybe women slowly become their grandmothe­rs.

In a world where so many of us just fast forward through the commercial­s, the advertiser­s are forced to up their game. The best of the best, Weiden & Kennedy out of Portland OR, rules the day when they can make commercial­s we actually go out of our way to watch...ag­ain and again.

Love it!

Mustafa is the man my man can smell like! I have been informed - oh lucky me - that Mr. Newmankitt­en says I can have him...if I can catch him:D

The Old Spice Guy will be recorded as one of the very finest marketing characters ever. Not only is he iconic and memorable and funny, but he does it without ever putting down or upstaging the product or the message.

And not only that but he has apparently succeeded in making Old Spice, of all things, hip and cool and sexy. That was something that most folks would have regarded as impossible­.
