When best friends Echo and Mo were found loitering alone together outside a wedding chapel in Garland, Texas, the authorities that be realized they had a situation on their hands. The problem was that Echo is a dog and Mo is a goat. In Texas, state law forbids goats and dogs to be alone together without a farmer's proper supervision. Like Romeo and Juliet, this forbidden love nearly saw its end when the sheriff's deputy came to take Mo away, but in an unlikely twist of fate, this pair got "Lucky."
