The parent company of Penthouse said today it will submit its bid for Playboy before noon Thursday.

Marc Bell, the head of the Penthouse magazine owner FriendFinder Networks Inc., said Tuesday that the company will keep the iconic Playboy magazine in print if it is successful in its takeover bid.
